TasteLanc is a local dining and nightlife discovery platform for Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Our Service provides information about restaurants, bars, happy hours, events, and entertainment venues in the Lancaster area. We aggregate publicly available information and user-contributed content to help you discover local dining and nightlife options.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

5.3 User Content

By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.) to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR GUARANTEE ANY RESTAURANTS, VENUES, OR BUSINESSES LISTED ON THE SERVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASTELANC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, IF ANY.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TasteLanc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TasteLanc. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
